This toolkit contains information that you will need to conduct a faculty search. Inside you will find a chart that explains the forms you need to complete, as well as a Faculty Recruitment Administrative Checklist. Other information is provided, including job posting resources, legal interview guidelines, and Academic Personnel Manual policies that may be of interest to the search committee or candidates.

This section also provides forms to be completed to post positions (free of charge to the department) with Southern California Higher Education Recruitment Consortium and Insider Higher Education
Availability Data
This section contains detailed national data on the diversity of potential candidates for faculty positions in all UCLA departments. Faculty search committees can use this information to estimate the diversity of potential applicant pools for specialty areas within their disciplines and to assess the representativeness of actual applicant pools.
