The faculty demographics presented here provide an avenue for increasing awareness of faculty diversity issues on campus. This information helps describe the current environment; recognize changes over time; draw comparisons between UCLA and other UC campuses, as well as comparable Doctoral/Research Universities and address areas of concern.
